Steve Tingas spent his early years in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina, Athens, Greece, Hampton, Virginia, and Los Angeles, California. After earning B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University, he moved to the Atlanta area to pursue a career with Lockheed Aircraft. After eight years in the industry, Tingas left Lockheed to pursue a career in the mergers and acquisitions business. In the seven years that followed, Tingas built and operated the largest mid-market mergers and acquisitions firm in Atlanta, Chase Business Services. Following the sale of Chase in 1998, Tingas owned and operated various companies in the printing, software, food, medical, and weight loss industries. In 2000, Tingas entered the real estate industry as a developer and builder of detached residential and attached office condominium subdivisions in Georgia and Tennessee. He has substantial experience in assemblage, zoning, entitlement and engineering of various types of development real estate. He is an experienced mid-market builder and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
